Please send your deletion request from the same email address associated with your Aviate account. This helps us verify your identity and process your request securely.
How to Delete Your Aviate Account
Step 1: Send an email to [email protected]
Please use the email address registered with your Aviate account.
Step 2: Confirmation
We'll confirm receipt of your request via email within 3 business days.
Step 3: Deletion completed
Your account will be fully deleted within 30 days, and we'll send you a final confirmation email.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your username and contact information
- Your securely hashed password
- All boarding passes you've uploaded to our service
- Any settings or preferences associated with your account
Data Retention Period
While most data is deleted immediately upon processing your request, some information may be retained:
- Legal Requirements: We may retain certain information if required by law, typically for 30 days after deletion.
- Anonymous Analytics: Non-personal, aggregated statistical data may be retained to improve our service.
