Our Mission

Flying should be exciting, not stressful. Yet most travelers juggle between airline apps, browser tabs, and paper boarding passes just to stay informed about their own flights. Aviate exists to change that. We're building a single, beautifully designed app that handles every aspect of your journey, from the moment you book to the moment you land.

What Aviate Does

Aviate is a comprehensive flight companion that brings together real-time flight tracking, digital boarding passes with encrypted storage, airport indoor maps with AI-powered recommendations, trip checklists, home screen widgets, and live notifications, all in one place. Whether you fly once a year or every week, Aviate adapts to your needs with a generous free tier and an optional Pro plan for power users.

The app is built with Material 3 (Material You), Google's latest design system, and follows Google's design guidelines closely to deliver a native, polished experience that feels right at home on Android. Dynamic color theming, fluid animations, and predictable navigation patterns make Aviate intuitive from the first launch.

Your data stays yours. Boarding passes are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored on our servers. Aviate does not use third-party analytics, ad networks, or tracking SDKs. We believe a travel app should help you fly, not monetize your habits.

Built by an Independent Developer

Aviate is developed by Highest, an independent developer with over a decade of experience building software. I chose to build for Android first because the platform has long been underserved when it comes to premium flight tracking apps. iOS travelers have had polished options like Flighty for years. Android travelers deserve the same level of quality, and that's exactly what we're delivering.

Every feature, from the boarding pass scanner to the airport map engine, is built and maintained by a single developer who also loves traveling. That means every frustration you feel at the airport is one I have felt too, and Aviate is built to solve exactly those problems.
